You guys, THIS is a very important tutorial that I wish had more notes. If you want a perfect cheesecake with NO CRACKS. I mean a flawless piece of...
Unbelievably tired last night, only to wake up at 10,30am instead of the usual 7-8am or earlier. So in some way I might have cheated a bit as there are now lesser awake hours. Still went for work as usual. =]
Struggled for a bit last night. I thought my post phd stress was catching up as I was reading through pages and pages of career-related stuff and badly wanted a Kopparberg. Now, most people who know me knows that I have never taken alcohol a lot. But this final year in PhD has somehow induced me to a bit of alcohol once in a while. At least i’ve not gotten drunk or a hangover! Anyway, no Kopparberg as even £1 is too much. Then I wanted a mug of Milo… Mmm but I can’t as it is quite expensive and I have no milk. Yes, Dairy is expensive and not with budget.
Here’s what I ate today: (I know it’s getting ridiculous to blog about everything I eat but this is part of the 5 day challenge)
Breakfast: the usual egg porridge and tea. (I’m quite liking this) 30p
Lunch: vegetable broth and rice as usual…22p
Snacks: Only 2 custard CREAMS YEAH!!! 2p
Dinner: Stir fry and rice, as before of course. 37p.
More snacks: Have to upgrade to Choc bourbons and these are not the crazy cheap ones as I didn’t have time to go buy them. 3p each. =( and I had 3…I was just too happy to have some chocolate after 3 days. I know that’s really bad to eat a bit of chocolate so often.
Total spent Day 4: £1 exactly
Total for 4 days: £3.95
